Heather Brantman
Heather Brantman is a designer and motion graphics animator based in Kansas City.
Brantman attended University of Kansas studying graphic design and teaching herself animation and typeface-creating applications in her spare time. Thereafter she worked for a decade at MK12 Studios, contributing to visual effects for feature films such as Quantum of Solace (2008) and Particle Fever (2013) as well as shorts Telephoneme (2010) and Follow the Sun (2011).
More recently, Brantman has been working as a freelance artist with studios such as Filmograph on title design for films including Love in the Villa (2022) and Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret. (2023) as well as six-part Netflix series Thai Cave Rescue (2022). She has also worked with former MK12 colleague Ben Radatz on several film and television visual effects, such as Youth v Gov (2020) and the mini-series Solos (2021).
As a designer, she has worked with clients including Apple, HBO, FX, Focus Features, HP, MTV, Ubisoft, and more.
