Heidi Berg
Heidi Berg is a creative director and motion designer based in Los Angeles, California.
Originally from West Jordan, Utah, Berg attended Utah Valley State College where they studied theatre, and Salt Lake Community College, where they studied graphic design. Berg transfered to The California College of the Arts, graduating with a BFA. They have worked with companies including Volume Inc., Motion Theory (and, later, Mirada), Logan, Royale, MPC, The Mill, Gentleman Scholar, CAA, Elastic, A52, and others.
They have contributed to title sequences for TV series The Alienist (2018), The Terror (2018), Pose (2018), The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair (2018), Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes (2019), I Am The Night (2019), Carnival Row (2019), The Politician (2019) and Ratched (2020). They have also created titles for documentary film Studio 54 (2018) and concept art for series Legend of Cambria (2018). In 2019, Berg collaborated with creative director Hazel Baird to direct the opening video for the conference Semi-Permanent Sydney 2019.
Berg has been nominated for an Outstanding Main Title Design Emmy for work on The Alienist (2018) and The Politician (2019).
